Giving Back

Rapper/actor Common co-hosted Wade’s World Weekend fundraiser at the Enclave night club in Chicago this past weekend.

Common keeps on working… He definitely is showing how to be successful for a long time in the business.

Daily Bread: Romans 13:10 – “Love is the fulfillment of the Law.”

I dont think I need much of an explanation here...

God is love and the law reflects Gods character; therefore love is the fulfillment of the Law. Obedience is never about slavishly following rules, but always about eagerly pleasing and loving God.

Romans 13:14 – “Put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.”

We know we should avoid a certain place, but we go anyway. We recognize a personal weakness for a particular activity, but we tempt ourselves anyway. How often do we fall into sin because we plan for it?
